The Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) is an international learned society involved in the promotion of
the science of railway signal engineering. The IRSE arranges a comprehensive annual program of technical
meetings across Australasia to meet the needs of the rail industry, in the field of Signalling, Telecommunications
and Train Control Systems.

The New Zealand committee of the IRSE Australasia has been tasked to organise the next Technical Meeting, which will be held
in Wellington in November 2019. Technical Papers will be presented on the Friday followed by a Technical Site Tour on the Saturday.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Over the years the IRSE Australasia has managed to contain delegate costs to a reasonable level by way of the generous
industry sponsorship. To achieve a similar outcome, for the New Zealand Technical Meeting in November 2019, we are
seeking industry support by purchasing a combination of advertisements, trade tables and sponsorship
opportunities. The Sponsorship Flyer has full details. All advertisements are included as part of an IRSE Australasia
information pack along with an electronic copy of the technical papers and proceedings.

Should you wish to avail yourself of the ‘Sponsorship Program’, I would encourage you to
register on the IRSE
Website now
at https://www.irse.org.au/ecommerce/sponsorship-end.html or, non-preferred method, complete the downloaded form and email to
nz@irse.org.au (NZ Technical Meeting Organising Committee – Sponsorship).

A high resolution Company Logo is required for presentation purposes. The image should be in JPEG, BMP,
TIFF or equivalent. Please email the logo to nz@irse.org.au.

Advertisements (150) you wish to have included within the information packs must be supplied not later than 15 October 2019.

It is expected that this Technical Meeting will attract more than 150 delegates. Sponsorship at the meeting
offers significant opportunity for organisational recognition and we encourage your active participation.
